9. Can I reschedule or cancel a session? Yes, sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Log in to your account, go to “My Bookings,” and make the necessary changes.

10. What happens if I miss a session? If you miss a session without canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, the session will still be deducted from your monthly hours.

11. What kind of technology support do you offer? We provide assistance with setting up and using devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. This includes:
